I want to start incorporating some speed deadlifts as assistance work on my DE days... Of course they would be for multiple singles focusing on speed... So I'm looking for some input as to what would be the most effective method here.. For instance I'm considering the following...
1) Deads standing on a 4" box
2) Deads with bands attached to botton of rack
Also.. Should I use the same sumo stance I would normally use going heavy, or go conventional or extra wide sumo? Or maybe just rotate between #1 and #2 with varying stances... Hmmmm...Well just looking for recomendations from those who have incorporated speed deads into their training.........
Thanks as always
