I really was curious and wanted to know if females get good results from taking creatine? What are some of the better recommended dosages and length of time I can use it ?
It's completely fine to use by women also. The results you get from it differs from person to person. Not everyone respond to it the same way.
3-5g is the standard dose. There's no set time limit for how long you can you run it. As far as I know there's no need to go off it completely but if I were using it I'd probably take some breaks every now and then.
