im 5'8" and weight 155, i fight (mma) at 145 so im trying to get up to about 165 inbetween fights. if i ever stop fighting ill prolly make make my way up to 180ish. i could be wrong, but going much over that could possibly have a negative effect on my high cardio lifestlye. mma,muay thai, rock climbing, hiking and i'd like to stay quick
