I am currently about 242 at 6' tall. I look very much like an NFL linebacker. My b.f. is right about 12% right now. It seems that the heavier I get, the less energetic I feel. I need to get down to about 220-225 at 7-8%, and I think I would feel a lot better. When I get over 250 I really start to feel it. I never do cardio, so maybe that would help...
