weight training 3.5 years solid,boxing 3 years (on-off).

Winny, Primo, T-Bol, clen, T-3.

CYCLE
Weeks 1-10 Test-e 500mg a week
Weeks 1-6 T-bol 60 mg ED
Weeks 7-12 Winny 75 mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Proviron 50 mg ED
Taking Arimedex 1 mg EOD on cycle.
PCT
starting 14 days after last shot, Nolva, Aromasin and clen.
SUPPS
multi-vit,Vit-b12,Vit c,Cod liv,glucosamine,taurine,milk thistle,liv 52.
DIET
Most people wont agree with a shake diet but im going to experiment,
meal1 Oats,eggs, whey pro powder,
meal2 Whey pro shake
meal3 whey pro shake, apple/banana,carrot
meal4 whey pro shake
Train, PWO whey pro with glucose
meal5 Meat(fish,chicken,steak,turkey etc) Broccoli, whole wheat pasta.
meal6 whey pro shake
meal7 caesin pro shake
Ill be doing this for 14 weeks in total,Mon- Fri only.Sat and Sun proper foods including cheat meal on sat night. Ill be take alot of vits and mins, if a feel weak or shity on any day, ill get the tuna and wholewhaet bread and have a sandwich.
TRAINING
Monday-Back, cardio 30 mins
Tuesday-Shoulders, cardio 30 mins
Wednesday-Legs, no cardio
Thursday-Chest, cardio 30 mins
Friday-Arms, cardio 30 mins
Saturday, Cardio 30-45 mins
Sunday-Rest

NOTES
i go on hols in a few days, i wont be starting the cycle till after, and im moving house so ill only be able to update 1nce aweek, ill try and keep notes. if i have forgotten anything ill fill in later. ;)

ok here goes i started my cycle on monday, ive just got back from my hols and i must of caught a cold r sumit feel like shit so i havent trained yet, will start off light training the morrow no cardio till my chest feels better maybe next week.
Stats r the same as above except ive put on a few holiday lbs.
Im taking my t-bol in divided doses 30mg a.m and the same p.m, im taking the proviron in divided doses aswell 25mg a.m and 25 mg p.m
I took my first shot of test e on monday night, in my right butt cheek, went smoothly no pain and only a little blood, leg hurts a little today but not a prob.
 
i aint had time to keep up to date as i aint been able to access a computer and ave had to move out of me house for 4 months. any way im into week 6 of 12 and the last week of t-bol i increased the dose from 60mg to 80mg last week. overall i am up to 182 lbs BF is the same due to eating a bit to much shit, but my strength is thruogh the roof i am dumpbell bench pressing 37.5kg ( from 25 kg) Dumpbell shoulder pressing 30 kg ( from 22.5 kg) and i think i will be able to up again next week. i am starting to seriously cut from next week as i want to reach my BF goal. my sex drive is fucking sky high cant stop thinking a bout girls even more than normal. Muscles alot bigger and harder but obviusly not as defined as a would like Due to BF. main goal now is to keep as much muscle as pos while lowering BF. oh and im getting alot of nice compliments and some of the obviuos r you on gear, to which i reply YES and loving it. I have no bloat due to the proviron and arimedex.
