by the way.. that would be 20 lbs for a 200 lb man.. and that would assume no muscle loss..

why dont you do a 2 mo cut bro. that 30 day shit is dumb. and its just for the beach. why kill your body in 30 days for a quik trip to the beach.
 
Good luck bro. I'm going on a cutter in 3-4 wks (whenever I get my vitamins lol) doing it for 2 1/2 months, hope really change my body. Best of luck to you. Are you going to post before & afters?
 
BULLSHIT!! UNlesss you mean you will drop your bodyfat by 10%. Now that is more than acheivable. But you will not drop 10% in 30 days.
 
1-1.5% bodyfat loss is possible.

Losing more than that will have you lose muscle mass and damage your metabolism.

Your calories are too low for a man of your weight BTW, that is also another good way to damage your metabolism.

The one thing that has been demonstrated is that this type of quick fix weight loss thing does not work.

95% of people put back on all the weight they lose AND MORE.

The choice is up to you.

I have heard a rule of thumb (not sure of the full truth of it though) that pertains to gaining and losing weight (although I think that weight training may alter this a bit)-weight comes off (and on) as 75% fat and 25% muscle, unless of course you do it slowly.
 
My post was not clear, 1-1.5 % body fat per week is possible.

Personally I think it is BONKERS you are going to try to lose that much bodyfat just for a HOLIDAY.

For a holiday, you could mess up your metabolism, rebound, get fatter and have a harder time losing weight the next time
