Clearly he's trying to hide what really happened. However, if the cops want to pursue this, they can subpoena his medical records; if the doc who treated him is of the opinion that the lacerations on Tiger's face look like scratches rather than damage that would be inflicted by an auto accident...the cops can proceed to charge Elin.

Probably won't get a conviction if he's not co-operating, but they should lay the charge all the same if that's what happened.

He hit a fire hydrant and tree in his neighbors yard which means he crossed a public street...He wasn't doing donuts in his driveway.
