only if you post them from a host site.It's easy, click this www.imagemagician.com do the little register thing,than once you have a password you can upload your pics so you can post them on ef.After a pic is uploaded right click on it,copy the url,paste it from the image button.

when you find a pic you like,roght click on it,go to properties.Copy the URL.theres an image button on the "reply" page hit it and paste in the url that you copied.blam.

no... i got it from one of his books. I would love to do one of his personal training sessions, though. It is a matter of forcing all of the air out of your lungs. Do it while bent over, and learn to stand without relaxing your abs. It is in his books, and arnold talks about how in his encyclopedia, too.
