Alright here are my Stats:
I've been lifting good'n'hard for about a year, now that I think about it.  I was fat before I started I weighed like 250 at my fattest, then I dieted and cut down and now I have a little body pudge that I want to turn into muscle.
I'm 19 years old (20 in august)
6'6" tall, i weigh about 205
I'm not looking to juice, I Want to try to be natural with any size I gain... I know juice'll get me huge but it's not worth the risks and how bad it fucks up your body (at least not to me)  I mean I want to be big, maybe 220-230...  Not Enourmous, but big and defined.  I want to add mass but at the same time I don't want to get fat.
An example of my daily diet, today, I had:
meal 1: 
oatmel with 2 scoops of methoxy pro in it
an apple
meal 2:
pure protein bar
dry roasted nuts
meal 3:
subway sandwich
an apple 
dry roasted nuts
meal 4:
pure protein bar
meal 5 (post workout):
pure protein bar
methoxy pro shake
meal 6:
1/2 pound of chicken
spinach
baked potato
another apple around 11pm
and then another protein shake right before bed....
