I want to bulk up, need advice.

Hi, I'm 16 years old and have just gotten myself a pair of dumbbells, they each have a total weight of 6.7kg.
I'm not very well built but I need to know what you should think I should start doing, in the sense of a workout plan. How many times a day should I work my bi-ceps and tri-ceps?

Because I dont have access to a gym I use things in my house as work out machines, im ok for bi-ceps with the weights but for the tri-ceps I get under my coffee table and lift it up and down :).

SO, what do you think a suitable plan for me would be? I also don't and never will take any chemicals, as basically my mother wouldn't purchase them for me and I dont like the idea.

My diet isn't too good either, i do eat alot of meat and fruits and drink a lot of milk. So, if you were in my position what would you say would be a good diet?

I'm mainly looking for bigger arms (both tri's and bi's), shoulders, and better abs. I feel that starting this early would do wonders for me in the long run, also i want to start working out before I am over-weight. At the moment I weigh 10 stone, I dont know how much that is in lbs as I'm from england, and we dont use metric units yet.

Thanks for the help guys, l8rz

Well Adam I would head on over to the training board, and check it out over there it deals w/ all kinds of training. also checkout the search key it works wonders just type in your question and it will pull up everything u need to know about lifting ect.

First thing I would do if u want to become better fit is to start reading up on what to do for your diet, (diet board) that is about 70% of the equation...well brother if u need any other help personal message me (PM) and I will be glad to help u out the best I can, or tell u who can...good luck bro!

You're starting from ground zero which means you have to educate yourself on the basics of diet and training. This is an Anabolic Forum and not the best place for beginners like you, in fact, you really should not revisit here for a while.

Go to a site like AST's that discusses training & diet in detail (www.ast-ss.com) and spend the rest of your teen years making this a lifestyle. Once you've done that, this site may be an appropriate place for you to learn.

Hey bro! Go to www.ast-ss.com and sign up for the Max-Ot training program, I use it now and love it. They also have a section devoted to diets and they have a great diet that should pack some mass on you. PM me with any questions
