I this cycle gonna do much.??????

5'11 184lbs 25yrs, about 8th cycle 5 yrs workout exp.

8wk only .last cycle was 15 wks shut me down hard spent the last few months recovering .

Anavar @ 80mg/day wks 1-8
Test E @ 350mg/wk wks 1-8

Arimidex .5/day

Diet = 3500-4000cal/day
200g protien/day

PCT -
HCG 500iuED for 10 days
nolvadex @10mg/day for 10 days of HCG
Clomid 50mg/day for 21days following

Looking keep 10 lbs of this cycle
 
I don't mean to be a prick, but 5'11 and 184lbs with 8 previous cycles? I think it's time to get your training and nutrition in order before going on a 9th cycle. Unless you are 6% and are going for a male model look, even then you don't need much for that, let alone 8 cycles.

Protein is way too low per day, anavar is way too high, especially for your stats. Cycle history and stats just don't match up, I'm sorry.
 
Never bro..Been ready up alot on it, and getting feed back. I wanted to try a var only cycle but I heard it suppresses appitite, so I thought I'd add a bit of test ..

Yeah, you could even run the test e 250 mg/2x week. but 350 is a good place to start. if you have appetite probs, try some inj b12.
 
I would suggest 300grams of protein per day, min., 5k calories per day and heavy compound lift based training. Go to the training forum and read up on something called 5x5.

I would take the var down to 40mgs, do the test at 500mgs and not only save some cash, but get just as good results as if you did the 80mgs of var.

If you are able to eat like a horse, but clean (cottage cheese, egg whites, grilled chicken, lean cuts of steak, etc) and really work on adding weight to the bar on your main lifts each week, you can get to about 205-210 on this cycle.

Appreciate the advise.. what do u think .. my body fat is pretty low.. but yeah , first few cycles where not done properly (bad advise) Got a very high metabolism.. best I ever gaind was using deca and test .. but i seem to recover hard .. thats why i wanna do a light cycle and train and eat hard..

Really .. thx .. I can eat a lot more at night , But i have ate horse meat...lol

Yeah the var is pricey, i was gonna get some primo, but I could only get pharm orals ..
 
Ok, now that makes sense. We've all gotten the bad cycle advise in the past. So basically, this will be like one of your first 'real' cycles. So look at it this way, your body has a lot of untapped potential.

If you can keep feeding yourself the food and focus on the heavy training, like I mentioned in the other post, then you can blow up on this cycle. At 5'11 around 180, you are nowhere near your full potential. Eat like a horse my friend and train heavy on deadlifts, squats, bench, dips, etc, etc and you will GROWWWWWWWWWWWWW like a WEED!

It will be in your hands though. If you are able to eat, then the skys the limit. If you have trouble eating, I would recommend eq at 300-400mgs a week instead of anavar. It helps increase the appetite at a very good rate.

C3 you give good advice! I love eq! it is prob my fav with a test e base. It makes me ravenously hungry!! great for those with poor appetite!
