anyway bsaically you want a box thats at para or below..
set your squat stance sit on and PAUSE (thats the big thing is to make sure to pause) on the box releasing te hip flexors but keep the abs tight then reflex off the box..
the pause is the whole key..it makes a squat harder that is how you get carry over to a free squat..if you just touch the box the only thing you did was mark how low you went
i use a milk crate with a 2x4 layer over the top...
