I Need Sum Advice!!!!!!!

wassup everybody i've recently decided to redevote myself to training and hopefullt get into boxing in the future. I use to work out all the time i played football and was very solid, but unfortunately due to picking up sum bad habits in college i got sluggish and lazy in the gym, but i've developed a plan that should get mebeyond where i use to be.I am 21 yrs old 5'10 and about 250lbs i would say my bf% is prob aroud 25%-30% and i wanna get to about 10%-15% with no specific time frame as long as im doin it right and see progress. I've ordered a supply of Lipoflame to aid me as i try to accomplish all my goals. i plan on having a high protein low carb diet assuming about 2000 cals a day my diet will go something like this:

Breakfast
1/2 Cup Oatmeal 150 Cals- 4 P
6 egg whites 114 Cals- 24 p
Orange 62 Cals-1.2 P
Water

Mid Morning
Nitrotech Protein shake 2 Scoops 342 Cals- 56.2 P
(Willswitch to optimum whey once nitrotech runs out)

Lunch
1/2 Cup Brown Rice 108 Cals- 2.5 P
Chicken Breast 120 Cals- 24 P
Broccoli 30 Cals- 5.2 P

Afternoon Shake
Same as above

Post Workout Shake

Dinner Same as Lunch

Total Cals-1868
Ill add little snacks btwn meals

I need someone to critiquemy diet any pointers would help and any workout suggestions alsothank u
