I need help from the ladies at Elite...

I have been training a client that gets absolutely no results in fat loss no matter what. That's right. If anything, she's gaining. I can't figure out what her problem is. She works hard in the weight room. She does tons of cardio. She doesn't cheat on her diet. She can tell you what she ate on March 28th. 2004, how many calories, grams of protein, carbs, and fat. I have never seen anyone put forth this much effort, and have absolutely nothing to show for it. She doesn't know the meaning of the word "quit". This girl is doing 2 45 minute spin classes per day, and she's still able to keep her weight up. I would look like a concentration camp survivor. I'm at my wits end as to what to tell her. My gut tells me to send her to her doctor for some blood work. Your thoughts....
 
She could be cheating on diet, who knows, Unless you live with her, it is impossible to tell.

ASSUMING she is not cheating....

Too few calories on her diet? Therefore forcing her body into starvation mode? Need her stats to see this.

Too many calories on her diet? Therefore gaining weight? Need her stats to see this.

Wrong food choices? Need her diet to know this.

How are you calculating gain/loss? The scale? BF calipers? Other? How are her clothes fitting?

How long since she changed up her training? Maybe she needs new exercises/splits/weights/sport.

Her diet? Body needs to be shocked every now and then. How long has she been dieting? If too long, her lepitin levels will be about nil and she won't be losing ANY fat NO MATTER WHAT.

Has she had bloodwork done to rule out thyroid disorder or low test levels?

Why do much cardio? Too much cardio is going to hinder her gains. She needs to stop doing so much freaking steady state cardio and do some HIIT.

Does she need to take some time off to rest? The body needs a week here and there to re-charge. Speaking of, how often does she have TOTAL rest days each week? (meaning no exercise, sit on the couch and watch some mindless tv or something)
