The meal plan I was given is as follows: 1- 3 egg whites, 1 whole, 1/3 cup oats 2- 20 gram. protein shake 3- 5oz. chicken, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup green beans 4-40 gram. protein shake 5-5oz. chicken, 2 cups spinach
