I was looking @ a bag of Doritos today (yes I ate the whole bag....whut bitches?) and i noticed the nutritional facts claim there are 4grms of protien per serving. I understand that shit food like that is an important part of a bad diet and i only binge like once a month (last check i was 6% BF). Anyhoo, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the protien in that bag of doritos is good whole protien or just crap......I understand that this is a relativley stupid and pointless question so TIA for any input.
