I've been waking up at 400 in the morning to go run for months now but I just cant take that shit anymore.I'm switchin back to doing cardio after my workout.Anyone find they have trouble doing the morning cardio thing.
I know what you mean.. When I was on active duty those racks and getting up to do a nice form run with cadence was easy. But now that I'm back in that same old bed. Everytime I try to set my alarm for early like 430 or 500 I end up cutting it off and getting up like 630 or 700 since I have to be to work by 800. I'd love to do it in the morning it just sucks to do it by yourself. Still trying to finish the discipline thing.
I am 100% in this boat. EVERY evening when I get home I set my alarm clock for 6am to get up and run....Yet every night before bed I change it back to 7:15. Gotta be at work by 8.
I really love the feeling of post-cardio showers in the morning but I'll be damned if I can make myself wake up...I hate it.
