i have grammar and good gains

I have good grammar, i just think its a waste of time to put a period here, a comma there when I'm writing somthing like this. Well I'm up to 205. Earlier this year (august) i was 165lbs. I think thats pretty good. I got a little gut but nothing much to be ashamed of. My arms and chest and legs are getting bigger day by day. I heard thta gains come not in the gymn but in the recovery true?? i think so. I also notice that on the days i don't workout i consume a littlle less protein is that okay?? ( still get around 200 grams) Umm thanks for all of you who trust me on telling the truth about my friend. Its sad to see him do this stupid shit. and for those of you who still think i'm my friend i don't care your and asshole. Well Thanks again

Try to keep protein up at all times. If you are growing during the recovery time then it stands to reason that you need lots of protein when you are recovering. Recovery is taking place on those off days.

It's not a waste of time. It makes your posts easier to read/follow.

It's also a good habit to get into, life is more then just the size of your arms.

I'm not flaming you kid, I've made my share of typos and grammatical errors.
