Got meds, but havnt taken any. Trying to do without. I will go the hcg way. Thanks.

Don’t worry about it, just rest, and recover,

You will heal from a herniated disc, C7, I am in the spine industry and didn’t even know we had that many disc in the neck,

Better up there than in the mid or lower back.

You are losing mostly water, do your pct, do hcg, or

Clomid or both, help maintain gains.

You should be given a decent neck brace post surgery, if the even operated, once you have that and you have given it a couple of weeks, you can get back in the gym, seriously, lightly,

When the pain subsides you can with bracing go back.

PS, the sleeping is natural after injury and cycle.

Good luck you will be back.

In the care of a Chiropractor and have not had surgery. C7 disc I think is the last disc that is considered part of the neck. Not sure but Im sure its something that you could confirm being in the spine industy. Chiro care not going well though.

What did you taper down to? What are you currently using?
After reading some of your threads/post today, a little hesitant to reply...Let me get prepared to get ripped.............................................................................. :worried: ....................................................................... :worried: .......................
Ok Im ready! Not knowing how long I was going to be out of the gym I kept up with my normal 800m test wk / 600m deca wk for the first two weeks of the injury. The past two weeks I have cut the deca out and the test in half. I have not started any pct but I do have clomid and nolva but no hcg.

(lighting cig and putting on blind-fold) Fire away!!

keep tapering down the test and then stop.... no sense in continuing it unless you need it for HRT purposes.... more important to start clomid and nolva plus an AI... HCG will help bring the boys back to life... good luck!

I think that's a good way to do it. If you have a half-life calculator and kept track of your injections then you can keep track of blood levels and decide when to start PCT.

It's a painful calculation to make as you come to realise how long Deca hangs around for. I did something similar earlier in the year when I got a knee sprain while playing with the dogs and had just finished my first week with Deca front-loading.

There's no need to keep tapering the test down, although you might want to cut it in half again since you're not working out. Just watch the numbers to see when both the Deca and Test are right to begin PCT.

The neck goes to C8, had to look it up, most injuries are c-2 to c-5

Any way, I am not a big fan of chiropractors, especially for a herniated disc.

If you want the name of a conservative surgeon, just give me a city and a state and I will check with the local sales man

Believe it or not the salesman know who is good, talented or who to avoid, better than just about anyone, because they see everyone, everything and they are in the OR, outside, in the office, hear all the nonsene, etc....

and the have to just keep their mouth shut.

Gladly make the call, just need a city, state.

I would cruise on 400mg/test for about 5 more weeks, while simultaneously running HCG and aromasin or AIFM.

How long can you take HCG and is it good to use for bridge?

the last vertebra in the neck is c7. the nerve root exiting between c7 and t1 is the c8 nerve root, though. however the disc between c7 and T1 is the c7 disc.

injuries take time to heal, depending on the severity, so nobody can really work miracles if you are trying to encourage a natural (except for the AAS) recovery. the idea is to restore good biomechanics in the region as soon as possible and that should help prevent secondary issues from developing.

the chiropractor fucked me up worse with my mid back.he just kept slamming his hands into it popping it over and over every week.
after the pain did not go away i went ot a osteopath who told me my vertabra has been slighting twisted he took his hands and a special tool that felt like a fucking jabbing rod then started working up and down the spine . He gave me muscle relaxers to stop the spastic muscle that was pulling on my thoratic vertabre with in two weeks it was back to normal and no more pain.

chirco's cant give out perscriptions I feel i had wasted 6 weeks with that fool my family doctor that sent me to the osteopath told me he felt the chriopactor was very vauge when he just said " your out of alighnment" and the popping sound is not things getting back to normal if your disc is slipped bulging or a vertbra twisted that the " adjustments" most ofthen make it worse and can actually lead to degeneration of disc and joint.

so i'm with soildspine i'm not a fan of voodoo doctors chiroquakers ether
i did a little reasearch on DC's i do feel they have a place in natural medicine
but if some one is fucked up and not getting better they should send you to a real doctor that was my only compliant.
instead of this " are you sure its not just a little better" or "i dont belive you it has to feel better" or this one "well its getting better but you cant really tell just yet" orbetter yet this one " I'm the doctor I can feel it and it has improved" what a buncha dog shit
