Actually all models in the legal porn industry are tested for every testable STD every month. A shitstorm breaks out if one is infected and the whole diagram of who they worked with and who those people worked with etc etc since the last clear test is put on hold until they are cleared.

first, i was being a tad dramatic, because i was bored at the time

second, HIV can take up to 6 months to produce detectable antibodies, though it is more typical to see them after a couple of months...which leaves a fairly significant window for infection, especially when you consider that they dont only have sex with those they work with

third, some sexually transmitted infections arent easily detected at all, regardless of intent - eg HPV, and herpes to a lesser degree.

Herpes is very easily detected. A lot of porn has high res close-ups

yes I know it can be in the blood without sores at the time lol
