not true. i hit 180 or so at 5'8" and 6 1/2" wrists (very small boned) and i start getting fat naturally. so some people need gear at lower weights.....w/o knowing the guys build and bone structure and height etc there is no reason to make decisions on what he needs to do. everyone is different. some guys will never go over 200 lbs and super cut no matter what they do.
thats what i'm trying to say. judge on experience and not weight. doesn't make sense this whole weight thing. i know guys who weigh 25 or more lbs than me and i look just as big or bigger.
