Well i read all about them, And i finally made the choice of going with the buy 2 get 1 free of Var-10 and Winn-50.

Im verry limited to what i can eat out here, (Afghanastan) And will remain limited for another 13 months, Plenty of junk food. Every morning there is a few hard boiled eggs, And lunch and dinner varies, Sometimes we just have to eat a MRE, But i am for sure i am going to be workin out everyday.

Any suggestions with the kinds of food i should eat exc.

No i didnt realize that, I dont want to do anything that will fail a drugg test anyways, I just read the stuff and it seemed like something that could help me and my efforts in working out.

i take it youre in the forces then? i very much doubt they'll test for steroids even if you were to take them. i think you need to do a lot of research before you even consider doing gear though. let us know how the "roids" go though i would love to know if they actually help at all.

not sure if its a waste or not i dont know of anyone that has ever used them before. i dont think its right the way the ad tricks people into thinking theyre getting something they are not though. let us know if they work, maybe they will. but i doubt they will do what it says on the tin.

yeah it's all supplements...if you dont want to get real roids but want something to help you out legally i'm creating my own product line. The one product helps with putting on mass very fast but than it levels out a little (after a couple of months). PM me if you want any info.

There are decisions that are business decisions (Paid sponsors) and there are bad business decisions. we have to make a decision in life one way or another and learn from the bad ones! I just voice my opinion that this is a bad one in hopes it makes a difference. Sure it makes an initial income for the board but eventually threads like this become damaging. People do not like to be scammed. To allow an blatant scam artist to advertise is just PLAIN WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

besides the gay roid store EF has a lot of top notch peeps. The AF store products are of the highest quality and Macro as well as Ulters knowledge in juicing is almost untouchable

Steps to your future sucess:
1. Call the roid store first to ask for a refund. If this fails, stop payment via your cc company.
2. Read as much as you can about nutrition. It is more important than anabolics.
3. Train natural until you are at least 200lbs of mostly quality build.
4. If still overseas, buy local as the prices are uber cheap in the sand from my understanding. If at home, learn about homebrewing. I spend less $100 for two years worth of gear when I homebrew.

Bro just eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water, train heavy 3 days a week something like this.

Mon. Chest and Tries Make sure you do at least 6 to 8 reps heavy
at 3 sets per workout, 9 sets chest 9 sets ties
Wen. Back and Bies and so on............

Fri. Shoulders and Legs


Try to eat at least 5 times a day if possible I know it will be hard bro but try.

bro dont feel bad I myself almost fell into the same trap. I dont know to much about the stuff or where to get the real thing. At my gym it isnt a huge thing and im not a big fan of needles so the stuff taken oral sounded good. I was going to order some when a member on here pmed me and saved me.

You dont need to bother with AAS while over in the Middle East. If you want to spend money on something, spend it on weight gainers, and creatine. Then when you get home after learning more, and have more time, you can decide if AAS is right for you.

To the original poster, bro you need to spend you money on protein and weight gainer and supplements, good real supplements not that roid store crap. but it is another thing to think that all the soldiers should refuse to fight. They signed up to fight for the US, they knew what they were doing when they decided to join. It is the government's decision on where to send them.

I wish someone had warned me about the pms for sources ,I was pretty close to getting burned but my better judgment kicked in. I ended up finding a secure source through the mods.. I must admit if I were a little younger and impatient I would have fell for his tricks. (I got allot of respect for what yur doin out there) :chomp:
