Willpower comes from wanting something bad enough to do whatever it takes! Everyone wants to be buff and cut. But it isn't easy and doesn't provide the instant gratification so many of us constantly seek. Most people just aren't willing to do what it takes! The fact that you're here learning and taking the advantage of a knowledgeable pro like SwoleCat is a big step toward reaching your goals.
Screw fast food--it’s not worth it! Fast food will only satisfy you for an instant. The satisfaction from working toward your goal and being metally strong last indefinitely and it just keeps getting better! Willpower isn’t something you just magically have! You have to earn it through hard work and never quitting!
BTW, I’m very jealous that you're on SC's diet! I've wanted to try it for a long time now and I wish I could afford it for myself! Having a family is very prohibitive...Christmas about wipes me out every year!

LOL i can hardly afford christmas, shit dude I live from paycheck to paycheck here at LSU (actually it is direct deposit), and right now I can't wait to get my next paycheck of $108.00!! How poor am I, I can hardly afford to buy food for my diet haha. Maybe after finals when I go home, Mommy will buy me some food!

i have about 50 bucks a week to eat- try using coupons....i know it sounds like something your mom does....but when it comes to MY money....its damn worth it.
