Same problem here. Try using lube, ID brand, or Trojan. My girl likes the trojan stuff. Helps me feel a little more. And as suggested on the box of lube, try putting a drop or 2 inside the condom as well.

I cant even have sex without the lube, ive had up to 3-4 condoms break, and it can take hours to cum.
