Yeah the guy I am seeing took her fitness model course she holds and said it was great. I also heard about her from another fintess competitor here she get high priase. He placed 14th at the same comp you did

Yeah and I also picking up my suits tomorrow morning I can't wait to see how they turned out!!!!!

Suits went well but posing not well at all. I didn't know that posing for the diffrent federations was soooooooo diffrent. She hooked me up with another girl that competed in my federation so I am going to go see her. In the mean time I called a friend that had an ex compete in my federation he is also a trainer he took me through some of the basics and worked on my walking. I just need to keep practising and stay relaxed.

good info...my posing lessons are going pretty well- this gal is an IFBB pro but Im compting in NPC. are there diff poses? (front, left, back, right).
