Has anyone tried any of these? Which did you have results with? I tried hydroxycut hardcore, and it was crap. It gave me energy for my workouts, but very little results.

Anytime to stimulate the central nervous system it becomes relient on the external stimulus, thus slowing down on its own. Thermogenics give you energy and supress appitite so you'll lose weight but as soon as you stop using them the body doesn't burn fat for fuel as well because it now conserves energy since it doesn't have the "added help." The result -- you gain all the weight back, plus put on some extra fat.

The only way to burn additional fat beyond a calorie restriction and increased calorie expentiture is to rev up the thyroid to burn it for you. Absolutely not true bro. There are lots of good products. But realize, it would be really easy to put together a thermogenic. I didn't design one because I don't believe in them. So a more accurate description would say that " Nelson only designs supplements that work."

Just as I side note I h ave used thermogenics before, and when I was done with them I didn't gain the weight back, my weight loss was just slowed...which i expected.

Yes I'd be interested in trying ZIP out Nelson you've got me curious. I've currently been using Thermorexin for many years. How does ZIP feel compared to Thermo? Can the 2 be compared? Also as jbanks asks, how long would a bottle last? How many caps are in the bottles?

LOL Glad to hear it bro. Though I'm not so much bashing another company as I am the product itself. I'm just not a fan of stims, just like I'm not a fan of glutamine.

ZIP has 90 caps which is a months supply though some guys use it more intensely doubling the dose for a mini "cycle" and then going back down to a maintence dose. It doesn't get you as jacked as other thermos because it isn't a stimulent, but you will feel a bit of a "kick" from it. You also don't get the "crash" that you do from stims. Fat loss is slower and steadier and it stays off. Once you stop using ZIP your thyroid will return to where it was -- no supression.
