I disagree. Diesels are louder than bikes any day and they are on the road and they are not causing wrecks.

They are also a hundred zillion times the size. Kind of hard to miss.

This is another fallacy of the law.

So would a lot of people. That's not the problem here, though. The problem is the law.

But you see that is the problem without the loud pipes the motorists will not look to see where the bike is therefore killing more motorcyclist which are less harmful to the enviroment and road than cars any day. If anything they should make cars illegal and only motorcycles should be allowed on the road.

I don't understand why is evidence important if logic is not?

A woman is found dead at 5:30 PM by her husband. No signs of forced entry. The neighbors did not hear or see a thing - not even their ravenous dog barking. No prints, murder weapon, or signs of a physical struggle to suggest that the husband is the culprit.

Logic would dictate that he did it.

A lack of evidence will let him walk.

Logic means nothing in a court of law.

this is how our country works- it doesnt matter if something is right or wrong. what matters is how many people (with money) want a law to pass. you could make oranges illegal if you had enough support. so, go get some support

I can agree with most of what you said...Loud pipes have stopped me from cutting into a Lane where a Rider was in my blind spot

I like the sound of them so I'm somewhat impartial

Bike horns if they have them are horrible,so I would think your case is good,but then riding at night is disturbing the peace
