Hye chefwide... let's talk tuna from a can...

My latest addition to my tuna is Salsa and Egg whites. I also Love the Tuna Creations :p

tuna, raw broccoli, oilve oil, balsamic vinegar
tuna, raw spinach, oilve oil, balsamic vinegar
tuna wrapped in a low carb tortilla with salsa

for some reason I thought of Bubba from Forest Gump when I read that
 
* Tuna + Walden Farms 0 cal BBQ Sauce + hard boiled chopped egg whites
* Tuna + zero carb salsa + hard boiled chopped egg whites
 
there are a BUNCH of great suggestions here, frisky, velv, shads, etc.. really good.

there are MANY resident goumets around here, who's experience with doing the RIGHT thing is almost certainly better than mine! (see names above for examples)


Hmmm... canned tuna, i am guilty of limmitted trial and error with it, but i WILL be trying some of the suggestions on this thread... for sure.
 
ever tried Sriracha sauce?

Sometime I just pop a can, drain it, put a silver dollar size drop of sriracha on it, and eat it right out of the can!
