EVERY TIME I USE HYDROXYCUT I HAVE TROUBLE FALLING ASLEEP AND I END UP EATING LATE AT NIGHT .....HOW CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT EFFICIENTLY AND STILL BE ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP..?
Personally, I try not to take it after 2 pm, otherwise I cannot get to sleep. I take 4 pills first thing in the morning and 3 just after lunch. I know I'm not taking the maximum for the day, but it seems to work well for me.
When I use ECA I try not to take it after 4pm. I like Twin Labs Diet Fuel. I take it 3 times a day. I try and stick to certain schedule as well. I don't like taking it before workouts, but have every once in awhile. It does work great a a workout booster, but its side effects from long term usage aren't nice. I try and cycle it too like 2 weeks on and then whatever for time off. I get good fat loss results from using it and I only use it to lean out.
Pick up some melatonin, valerian, 5 -htp, or kava kava, these can all help u sleep at night. I find melatonin works best for me. U can find products with all of these in them.
Personally when I tried it, I had the same
problem. A friend of mine told me not to take
it any later than 2p.m., and it worked.
I was able to get to sleep fairly easy.
Also my last dosage at 2 was only 2 pills.
