Today I broke my ankle while doing some HIIT work... and the first thing that ran through my mind was "what am I going to do now?" I ca't bench press due to a torn muscle in my shoulder so I started doing more cardio and cutting and then I break my ankle... any ideas?
6 weeks out, then some physical therapy. I've been doing push ups and pull ups, and I can finally walk on it again without crutches... when I can put some more pressure on it I'll start doing a stationary bike. That's all I can think of to do...
