If I were to take a guess I would say it had something to do with your metabolism working overtime all night to use up/store the food you ate before bed. By the time you wake up you body is outa food but your metabolism is still goin a mile a minute.
I could be totally wrong but that would be my best guess.
no dmx what they're saying is if you don't eat for a couple hrs before bed you don't necessarily wake up hungry but if you do a pre-bed meal you almost always wake up hungry.
It's the same for me. I think it's because your metabolism speeds up even while you are asleep to assimilate the food.
I have noticed that I get leaner when I eat right before bed too....coincidence? I think not!!!!!
I'm going to have to not slack on the pre-bed meals any more.
