does ne1 else always feel hungry when they are dieting.

for me it always seems that i am waiting for my next meal to happen and thinking about the food always makes me hungry!

ne1 no how to combat this?

judging by your other posts i would hash a guess that a) you're not eating enough calories and b) you're diet is poor

once you eat enough and you eat more quality protein at each meal you'll feel better but dieting causes inevitable hunger since you're eating less than before what your bodie's used to. It wants you to eat cos it thinks its homeostasis is under threat thus sending hunger signals

to counter this:

Excercise - Known to be a strong apetite suppressant
Caffiene
Guarana
Ephedrine and non Ephedrine based fat burners will all help

also how much water are you drinking?

One of the problems i have when conciously keeping a watch on my diet is that i get obsessed about it and become food obsessed which is probably what is happening to you
I find just keeping myself busy helps alot

Good post! There is one thing that I think is misleading though. Exercise is a appetite supressant immediately after you work out, but I get noticeably hungrier on days that I do cardio and weights. If you work so hard you feel sick then you won't feel like eating, but later on I will want to eat like a horse. That is just my experience, I don't know how this affects everyone else. Great post though!

Great Post B.A.
Eat more, you dont want to become a Binge Eater!
Also try some Nicotine Gum.

bump what hansel and assasin said, get your diet in order and make sure youre taking in enough protein and fats, it will make you fuller and less hungry. Im not saying this is case here, but alot of times i see people really trying to cut back when dieting, and they cut back on the protein which IMO is the wrong thing - I like an approach that most on here agree with which is the high protein, ample fat and low carb
