If you dont have access to a proper track, go into the back yard, find 20 yards ( unless you live in a city you will have this ) of grass, two cones sprint back and forth 5 sets 20 sec 10 sets 10 20 sets 5, this was our lax conditioning almost everyday. Now that i think about it, you might want to double those, we did have over 2 hours of practice before doing those =)
