Im gonna try without clomids this time. Im gonna run some a-dex along with some nolva for awhile (both clomids and nolvas bind to estro receptors in the hpta, which will lead to natural test production, i think).

bigandy, whats goin on, this is my last week of that cycle u put together, this last week all that is left is the prop/fina, i never did the anavars due to many circumstances....so may i start clomid next week?? originally u had me waiting 2 extra weeks with just anavar until i started clomid therapy....thanks...talk to you soon....

Bigrand, I know this has been debated. But, Clomid is BETTER than Nolvadex post cycle!!!

the best results my friend got after being on for a year was using arimidax at 1mg a day post cycle.no loss of size or sex drive.
clomid makes him too irritable and emotional and already has clinical depression.

Yup brother, start the clomid 3 days after your last shot.

Clomid is a harsh drug, some people can't handle it. If you are one of them...nolva is a better choice. Nolva is just a weaker clomid.

I recommend the typical clomid pattern upon proper clearance of androgens(to a level where they're no longer elevated above homeostasis):

Day 1)300mgs
Days 2-12)100mgs/day
Days 13-21)50mgs/day

I also use 1mg/day of liquidex throughout this process and a week or two past the clomid therapy.This seems to stabilize my mood better and keep the acne explosions(a typical malady during clomid therapy)to a minimum.

I read a PK study on clomid yesterday that showed peak plasma concentrations were obtained in 6.5 hours from one 50 mg dose of clomiphene citrate (clomid). Furthermore, it could be detected in urine and feces for up to 6 weeks; so it has a long half life. What is the point of taking 300 mg the first day and 100 mg ed for 10 days, etc. It seems to me that 50 mg ed is sufficient to keep peak plasma concentrations and more than that will just get excreted anyway. Not to mention that mega doses of any drug are corollary with increased risk of side effects. Side effects with clomid can be quite serious and include the risk of pituitary bleeding among others.

Every study I've read stated it has a VERY slow release rate(5 DAY half life),so the front-load is to overcome the slow build-up and get GnRH/L/H cranking out ASAP.It is not mandatory that one do this front load,I have just found that it works better for most.Most of the side accompanied with clomid are due to it mixed agonistic/antagonistic properties.Anastrozole seems to counteract many of these sides for myself as well as others I have seen use this regimen.
