Doctor is prescribing me 50 mg/week of CYP for my HRT which I consider very weak. My current testosterone level is 226. I was curious what other doctors are prescribing in AS and strength for something in this area?

I am on 100 mg/week of bio-identcal test and i.25 iu of HGH every MWF.
I also take amir and DIM to reduce esto.
I had a blood test 1/10/06. Results will be reviewed 1/31.

HRT is about keeping within the ranges, to promote health. Don't get me wrong, higher doses can be done safely, but it's not HRT. Go to any other board that has many guys on HRT and you'll hear the same thing. You just got a legal cycle that cost way too much.

50-80 mg per week with 80 being high end is what I have found works best for hrt. Even at 100mg per week men become infertile, testicles shrink, FSH stps. I am not sure how much that has to do with estrogen and if e blockers will prevent this (I htink they probably will).
Since the goal of hrt is to mimick normal physiology which includes spermatogenesis taking to much testosterrone which inhibits/blocks this process is not in the spirit of hrt/optimizing physiological hormones. So that is why anything above around 100mg/week is usually wrong idea.

My test levels are approaching 900; esto way down; total cholesterol is 154 now.
He is being conservative as most Doc's are. He should look at your changes every 3 months via full blood test.

My current and last HRt clinic have me on 250 mg/wk cyp.prop mix. I actually shoot about every 9 days. I know some say that's high, but I've heard anywhere from 100-300 mg/wk.
As far as prices go, you're right. My last one started came at me with high prices, then dropped like 30% when I hesitated. Then they bumped the price just about every time I ordered. My current is a little more spendy, but more knowlegdeable and has a better reputation. They actually know what they are talking about too. My last clinic want me to come off for frequent blood work? What does that prove? The new one realizes that you need to be on for monitored blood work.

All legal with everything paid for by insurance (minus co-pays) except the HGH. Blood testing ($1,600 value) is done every 4 months.
You can do HRT yourself. The rational is very easy to understand and trusted sources are available.

The point here is to keep it legal. I even had the cops dig through my shit once and saw the prescriptions on the bottles and left em alone. That was one of the 2 times I had the cops here, both because of my ex. I don't plan on them ever being here again, but better safe than sorry. My insurance doesen't pay for HRT anyway. It does pay for my bloodwork and physicals though.
