HRT Blood work! Still no libido

hey guys so i havent had a libido for over a year or so i finally went to an endo and my test was really low. We tried clomid but libido didnt ever come back while on and my test dropped once i got off. so he put me on hcg, test cyp and aromasin.

test c: 200mg per week (2 injections per week)
hcg: 666 iu per week (2 injections per week)
aromasin 75 mg EVERY DAY

My blood tests came back! these are my lab results! whats wrong with me guys i have no sex drive peroid, and barley wake up with morning wood. Is it my DHT? my test is through the roof i should want to bang anything that walks. thanks again seriously guys

Why does your endo have you on such a large dose? Do you even need it at all? One tablet is normally 25mg and you are taking 3 times that amount! I bet if you cut way back to 12.5mg or even 6.25mg ED your libdo will return after a week or so but don't do anything until you talk to your doctor about all of this. If your are 18 yo, you need to talk to your doctor soon.

that aromain is way high I would think. I would do 1/2 the test and drop aromasin wait a few weeks and retest.

The test is pretty high for TRT that aromasin dosage is crazy. Maybe 12.5mg twice per week would be probably be about right.

i agree with the guys above. First your Test is way to high cut dosage in half. Also, your E2 is high as well, you want that number around 22. I've seen most take Arimidex at .25 grm every couple of days at most. Play with your dosages and get them within range.

Agree with above and let me add this life experience:
Had your problem after coming off a cycle. So I just went on simple low dosage hrt, cleaned up my diet, dropped my weights/reps, and made sure I got 8 hrs sleep each night.
Then ... I stopped obsessing! I just lived.
And then ... I found a new female and did not push her for sex. Took a chance and told her the truth.
POW! She started lauging because I was suddenly cured!

It was very much a mental problem. I think depression.

You said you had issues before trt as well right? So maybe adrenal fatigue? That ai dose is high. I'm on 200mg ew of cyp and don't need an ai. But had the libido issue. I started taking an adrenal support product and first day I used it I was chasing wife around the house.
