duration and stats

My stats are 5'8 162pounds age 18. My trainin is pretty good, always on task. The 20mgs a day of dbol is for 25days. The 50mgs of fina is for 6weeks, and the 100mg EOD of prop is for 8 weeks.
 
Be prepared to get the "You're too young speech".

How long have you been training, and what are your goals?

I am telling you as someone who started juicing at 19, STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM FINA, IT IS NOT A BEGINNER DRUG.
 
I'd wait on the cycle. At 18, you're already on steriods naturally bro - take advantage of it.

If you are interested in steroids, take the time to learn all you can about them. Right now take the time to turn that "pretty good" training into pretty phenomenal training. Record what you do and make sure it's working - if not modify it. You will find that diet is an intergal part of the process.

Pack on the pounds without the drugs for now. Build an AMAZING body FIRST. Then if you are still interested, you will be able to take advantage of the drugs.

Is this yoru first cycle? You're considering 700mg of injectibles EW and one of them is Tren. Why do you need or want to use tren at this point? You are 5'8" and 162lbs, how long have you actually been lifting for??? Yes you're 18 but, well, whatever not even going there....
 
Ive been liftin for about 2 1/2 years now, i am a hardgainer. Ive been through one cycle of test cyp so far. My goal is to gain a little bit of weight and get as much strength as possible.

If you are determined to do a cycle...then I learned this weekend that it is physically impossible to change someone's mind so I wont try...

You should at least examine your diet though. That can be a big part of your "hardgainer" problem. Lot's of people think they just can't gain when in fact the problem lies in only consuming 2000cal a day and 150g of protein.

Tren can be pretty rough. Really, it can. It has been the only drug that really caused pronounced irritability in me, the sides like night sweats were pretty annoying too.
 
I try to eat around 4,000 to 5,000 cals and cant gain a pound. I eat clean food like turkey, chicken, tuna, oatmeal, protein shakes, and a few other things as well.

If you've passed yourself off as a hard gainer after you're first 2.5 years, I'm curious to learn of the dozens of training protocols you have used and assessed, as well as the timing patterns of the training cycles.


Look, I'm telling you that you have A LOT TO LEARN! This is not a slam in any way - in fact, it is the opposite of a slam. Put your head and heart into what your are seeking - the end goal, not the drugs - and you will be unstoppable.

Build yourself into a shreaded 180 pounds with no drugs. Take it from there. That's my advice. Are you tough enough to do it? Do you have what it takes?

Don't forget LOTS of carbs too. If you have a tough time gaining lean mass you probably don't have to worry to much about fat either. What does your whole diet look like? Today for instance...

How do you train? What training style are you using? What's worked what didn't?
 
If he's going to cycle he's going to cycle, I wouldn't listen to anyone either when I began and I used too much too soon.

If you're determined on using AAS at least drop the Fina and use a longer acting test like Enanthate.

How about something like this man...

Test @ 500mg Wk Weeks 1-10

If you MUST add something else...

Dbol @ 20-30mg/ED Weeks 1-4

OR

Equipoise @ 400mg/Wk Weeks 1-10

OR

Deca @ 300mg/Wk Weeks 1-10



There is no need to stack THREE drugs on a first cycle, you don't even need two.

My last cycle was 500mg EQ with 300mg Deca for 10 weeks....I made great gains.
 
if you are determined which i am sure you are, drop the tren at least...hit test/dbol....forget about eating clean...at 162, you can use all the weight you can get...
 
I like to train 4-5days a week with mid to high intensity. I usually do 3-4 sets depending on the exercise. THis would be my second cycle. I guess im think about droppin the fina, but i still gotta think about it.
