Bought a new air compressor today, rather pricey. It kinda appeared as if it had been in someone elses possesion but they claimed it hadn't. The product info pack was in taters. Got it home, packet didn't even have the right owners manual. Then I noticed a potentially broken part, then I found the product warranty card with someone elses name on it and a sheet of paper claiming the part was broken and they returned it. It wasn't repaired and put right back on the shelf, well floor that is. BULLSHIT!
So.......I called these asswipes 5minutes after they closed and the mgr. said they were closed and didn't want to talk about it. I feel sorry for you motherfucker, because after I stew all night over this you are going to have a real fucking shitty morning because im gonna be at your doorstep waiting. I am so goddamn pissed it's nearly 10pm and can't sleep and contemplating going to town and picking out some punk at random and break their legs.
So would you: take piece of shit back(this was $1500.00) and demand a refund.............or #2 : take chill pills, call the mfr(Ingersoll-Rand), explain the situation, make them send out a tech and get possible freebies and make the dealer look like shit while im at it?
#2 is the best, however I am impatient big time and Omegas NOS stack has me ready to chew nails and slap my mother around.
What would you do?
