how would you add deca to this stack?

don’t mind putting on some meat because my main goal is to bulk up
So far I am using sustanon 500mgs a week
want to add in some deca to this.
How much deca would go well in this cycle and would 16 weeks be okay?

sustanon and deca is standard

12 weeks enough because long esters

500mgs sustanon
300mgs deca maybe 200mgs
aromasin n2guard and cardarine on top too

I would not exceed 400 mg of deca... the best way to go about it is 300 mg of test and deca together, which will help to mitigate the side effects and keep it drier and easier to retain gains

I would have started it from the beginning since deca is a long ester. I would dose it at 400mg per week and make sure you add proviron too.
