How was arnold only 230 lbs?

No it wasn't a 40. I don't know how long it was. Longer than 40 yards though, that's for sure.

Must have been a 60 time then, which I guess is ok, not world class by any means but decent. I find it odd they would have run the 60, because it is exclusive to baseball.

A 6.6 60 is respectable at that size

I consistantly ran 6.1 when I was playing ball. Have been clocked at 6.05, I also ran a 4.35 forty, but i was 195 lbs too.

You never got clocked legit at 6.05.

Deon Sanders ran a 6.25 in his prime. I doubt you were that much faster than him.

7.0 is average, anything 6.6 and under damn fast.

It's rare an MLB'er does under 6.4 (Rickey Henderson, Rafael Furcal, Deon Sanders, etc.)

Well it sure as fuck wasnt the 100m if the time was a 6.62 LOL

Why would they have chosen a catch distance? The shorter the distance the better it would have been for Levrone. And I hardly think a world class sprinter would have had a problem with running a 40.

1) who's 6.6 time was that though? Levrone's or the winner?

2) WHy was the distance never stated in the video gut dammit I'm pacing I'm so mad. Seriously, the distance run should have been the prime focus of the discussion.

Who cares. The point is that being jacked doesn't mean you're physically incapable by default.

I know guys who are his height of 6'1 230 that don't look half as big as him, and there not even fat and fat doesn't weigh THAT much.
Was he really only 230 lbs? he seems to be alot more to me.

Scale numbers can be very deceiving

You white fucker I know what I was clocked at, I know the discrepencies in hand held clocks too, but I was always around 6.1 never ran over a 6.3, so i'm not sure who you talking about 6.4 and shit but a ngr knows what a clock bes saying. And FYI fuck Ricky Henderson, Rafel Furcal ran a consistant 6.0 to 6.1 when he played in Atlanta, so you pitching type non-athletic ngrs leave the running and hitting to the athletes.
