Arnold was 240 dry in contest ready condition. When he was bulking, I guarantee he was closer to 270 at his heaviest. He was a huge dude. When I was 250, I looked at minimum 30 lean pounds shy of Arnold, if not a lot more and I'm 6'2.

I know guys who are his height of 6'1 230 that don't look half as big as him, and there not even fat and fat doesn't weigh THAT much.
