how to train on cycle

I was just on another forum and guys were arguing about training on cycle vs. Natural. They said they do on average 30-40 minute straining. I want to push myself harder as I believe you should also push more than your peers and work hard. I was thinking about 90 minute weight training with 1 minute rest periods, is this too much volume?
 
On cycle I suggest you train 6 days per week heavy split and do cardio really push it hard
