How to tank labs

This is plan C or D. Plan A is to have my doc write a script and pay out of pocket. I don’t know if he will be willing unless my numbers are low enough. I have an appointment Thursday and will find out then. Plan B/C is either continue to source test and run TRT on my own or go to a TRT clinic.

I’m 48 years old. I’ve been doing TRT on my own for the past 3 years. My levels were 377 when I started. They have been consistently around 1200 since.

I’ve been debating coming off long enough to capture a score low enough to get insurance to cover everything. What would be the ideal time after the last shot to have lab work done ? Time for everything in my system to clear out but before I rebound and start my natural production.
I wouldn't do it. Test is cheap

when you going to properly post your TRT log?
I don’t understand what you mean by logging it ? There isn’t much to update regularly about it. I take 150mg a week divided into 2 shots. I’m thinking of switching to 50mg every 3rd day.

I understand logging cycles to share what compounds are being used at what doses and to chart progress. My TRT is pretty basic and not much to keep track of week to week. My workouts are pretty maintenance oriented so there isn’t much to log and track either.

My doctor surprised me and wrote a script for Test E so I can continue the TRT protocol I’ve been doing on my own for the past 3 years. I guess the next question to ponder is if I should stack anything on top to make an enhanced TRT.
@lxorl I mean you start a TRT log, means you share your diet training lifestyle how you feel supp use and we can guide you as EF fam bro like if you want to blast or mod things dont have to be exiciting just raw

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
