How to size up for DD shirt?

Hi everyone, been a lurker here for around six months but finally decided to sign up Can you guys recommend to me how I should measure myself when ordering a DD bench shirt?

depends on wear you order from?

inzer usually just needs chest, arms and shoulders

while Karin wants alot of specefic measurements

i was planning on ordering from Inzer, but I may order from Karin since I hear lots of good things. I plan on training Metal Militia for the next while and I was wondering if I should stick to the denim in fear of running down a poly too fast?
