how to set your natural base..(teenager)

I do not think it is possible to set your natural base high. Like many things in life, you can screw up "normal" but its hard to make it better.

One important thing to note. For most people that lift at your age the muscle you put on during your teens become part of your base.

At least for me, I was very skinny (around 125-30). I began lifting to move up to the 138 weight class. I stayed that way most of high school. Didn't lift for a number of years (wore a tie to work) but always kept the basic weight and muscle def. I had as a teen.
 
Reggii, i really did not want to get involved in this post because i see it going nowhere... but i have to ask you, what the hell do you mean about setting your natural test. If you set it then that would imply altering your orignal test and therefore throwing away the "whole natural" edge. If you want to know what increases ones natural test, in terms of ones diet, then simply eat lots of proteins, good fats, and carbs. Now, if you don't know what type of food to eat then that is a diffrent story, but i honestly don't see why you have to "dis" people trying to lend you a helping hand.
Try not to aggrevate too many people on the board, it will probably catch up to you.
Eat big, train smart.
