I started my cutting cycle just last week and it's been seven days. I've gone from 230 at 13.3% down to 226.2 pounds. I think I look a bit more cut but I didn't have the body fat checked, I'm only going to do that every month. I have also started to tan because I haven't for almost a year and I am ghostly white right now. I plan to also remove all unwanted body hair once I have a nice base tan. I know that a well tanned and hairless body are two keys to enhancing definition. Once my bodyfat gets real low is that all it takes to look incredibly cut or do some people increase their ripped appearance with a supplement as well. An example of what I'm talking about are the guys on the BOWFLEX and POWERFLEX machine infomercials. Those guys are tanned, hairless, and oiled but how low is there body fat? Are they 4-6% or lower? Is it possible for two people of equal builds and bodyfat to have one of them be more ripped looking than the other. I'm just curious as to what I can hope for as a finished product. If I get as low as 5% will I look that ripped? I'm 6'3" and I know that those guys in the commercials are at most 5'10" so that helps the appearance. I am a naturally skinny thin skinned person. I had to really force myself to get to 13% bodyfat, so dropping shouldn't be difficult for me.
