How to cook broccoli

Ah! Tha age old question. Ranks right up there with "How do I make chicken taste better?" :D

Cheese makes anything taste better. If you're cutting, disregard that.

Another option is to stir fry it in olive oil. This works well for frozen broc. Throw it in the HOT pan with some olive oil or whatever lube you're using and cover with lid. Stir it every once and a while so it doesn't burn. Cooks fast.

When cooking it in a pan with olive oil add some red peppers! They help a lot I've found.

I mostly use frozen broccoli.... due to cost & cuz it just lasts longer.....

I get a plastic bowl, put the broccoli in & pour a little broth over it then microwave it. I use a pair of kitchen shears to cut it up into little pieces & will mix with peppers, mushrooms, etc & use in a variety of dishes....

Spices are your friend!! Mrs. Dash makes a good variety of flavors.

try stir frying it with red peppers, zuccini, a little olive oil (or grapeseed oil), then toss in some fresh pepper, basil, and oregeno.
