right now my health is so so and I just don’t have the patients to prep all my food so I sometimes will eat fast food or junk food when I know I shouldn’t
If you want to eat fast food you need to put on a ten kilo weighted vest, also some ankle and wrist weights then run to the fast food place, you have to run through the drive through and you can only eat what you can carry while running home. Is the only way. Also fast food place needs to be 5km away minimum, so at least 10km round trip. Probably still needs to be your only meal of the day to not make you fat.
