I was wondering how to change up my appetite via my diet
right now my appetite is really bad
I am having 2-3 protein shakes per day before my meals. Then I am usually losing my appetite while I am eating
keeping my diet pretty bland doing mostly chicken breast and different types of vegetables with rice
I guess maybe I’m just bored with the same type of food? Any ideas on what I can do?
