After working out you should have a carb + protein (no fat), like a protein shake with skim milk......then about 1 hour later (or so) have your meal...

I would really like to know the answer to this question as well. Because since I am cutting, I consume more fats on a daily basis, but I dont wanna take them at the wrong time.
