how soon after working out is it to eat fats

if i finished working out at 2:30, and it is 5:30ish now, is it been enough time to eat fats or should i still wait... what about 6:00 if 5:30 is too early

After working out you should have a carb + protein (no fat), like a protein shake with skim milk......then about 1 hour later (or so) have your meal...

I thought the first PWO meal was not supposed to have fats either.
 
I would really like to know the answer to this question as well. Because since I am cutting, I consume more fats on a daily basis, but I dont wanna take them at the wrong time.
